Set Up Process

Ground will be leveled, and water diverted away from your home site. Piers are dug to be around 20 inches deep and each home has its own specialized pier plan. The state regulates and inspects these prior to delivery of your home. These piers are your home’s foundation.

Perimeter footers are the foundational support for your brick or block skirting.

Once concrete is inspected and approved, a moisture barrier is placed on the ground to prevent moisture under the home.

Our friends with Pittman MH Transit will deliver your home on site and work along-side our team to set your home on its permanent foundation.

We use an all-steel foundation system patented by Oliver Technologies to anchor the home to the concrete piers and concrete blocks to support the home throughout the area of the home.

After your house is delivered and set up on your property, utilities will be turned on in your name, AC and skirting are installed, we will do a walk through with you and give you the keys to your new home!
